Why work with me

I build businesses around people.

I started with one small business built from scratch. Since then, I have grown into building and acquiring businesses across a range of industries, from accommodation and retail to the NDIS space.

Before business, I spent years in healthcare and was named National Dementia Specific Nurse of the Year. It shaped how I work: see the individual, focus on what is possible, and build things around people rather than process.

In 2026, I accepted an award from my mentor Aaron Sansoni at the 75th Empire Mastery in Perth, recognition for trusting the process and doing the work.

Today my focus is acquisitions, systems and scale: finding businesses with strong foundations, putting the right people and decisions in place, and building something that can run well without depending on one person.

  • •I see the person before the file, the number or the deal.
  • •I build things people choose, not things they're stuck with.
  • •Strong systems come first, so growth never depends on one person.
  • •People before profit. Not a slogan. It's how I run things.

What I Do

Build. Acquire. Improve. Scale.

Acquisitions

I acquire businesses with strong foundations and real potential, particularly businesses run by their owners, where the right transition creates a good outcome for everyone.

Business Building

I take an idea and turn it into something operational, structured and built to scale.

Systems & Scale

Before anything scales, the foundations need to be right: the systems, people and decisions that can support real growth.

Investment

Capital is a tool, not the goal. The right investment creates momentum and the capacity to keep building.

How I Think About Business

I don't want to own a job. I want to build an asset.

A business owner can become the biggest bottleneck in their own business, when every decision, problem and process eventually comes back to them. So I think differently about scale. I want systems that work and people who can make decisions. I want to transfer decisions, not only tasks.

That's what creates genuine freedom for an owner, and a business that can operate, grow and evolve without everything depending on one person.

People before profit. Relationships before deals.

My Approach

Build before you scale

Get the foundations right before pouring fuel on growth.

Transfer decisions, not only tasks

If everything still needs to come back to the owner, you haven't built freedom yet.

Look for what could be

It's not only about where a business is today. It's whether there's a credible path to where it could go.

Keep learning

I don't believe anyone reaches a point where they have nothing left to learn.

Create freedom

Time is one of the most valuable returns a business can create.

Build something bigger than yourself

The businesses matter, and so does what they make possible beyond the business itself.

For Partners & Investors

I'm always interested in connecting with people who think beyond the immediate transaction: acquisition opportunities, strategic partnerships or a conversation that leads somewhere unexpected.

What's next?
I'm building it.
And I'm only getting started.
